Senior Botanist and Biologist
Yancey Bissonnette
Mr. Bissonnette brings to Dryad Biological extensive expertise in rare plant and botanical surveys, state and federally listed wildlife surveys, wetland delineations, and environmental permitting and compliance. His experience includes CEQA and NEPA documentation, Endangered Species Act consultations (Sections 7 and 10), Clean Water Act sections 401 and 404 permitting, biological assessments, habitat and impact analyses, mitigation planning, and construction monitoring.
He has successfully led interdisciplinary teams on both small and large-scale projects, with strong emphasis on safety, quality, and regulatory defensibility.

Amy Bissonnette
As Managing Member Mrs. Bissonnette plays a key role in the firm’s operations and client management. She oversees business management, administrative coordination, and client communications. Her role allows the firm to maintain a high level of efficiency, responsiveness, and consistent attention to detail. Creating an environment of organizational clarity supporting Mr. Bissonnette’s performance of technically complex environmental work.
